The cross members are placed to fully withstand floor strength and welded to each bottom side rail. 28 MM/ 18 MM Marine ply mounted/screwed on cross members and Fork Pocket Upper 3MM & lower 6MM
Corner post	6 MM thick mild steel sheet pressed section with inner 12 MM thick C channel continuously welded from the inside to provide extra bracing for Rear post only.
