Base frame

4.5 MM thick mild steel sheet profiled 2 nos of side bottom rail made of IS2062, The cross members are made of pressed channel section Mild Steel 4 MM IS2062. The cross members are placed to fully withstand floor strength and welded to each bottom side rail. 28 MM/ 18 MM Marine ply mounted/screwed on cross members and Fork Pocket Upper 3MM & lower 6MM

 

Corner post

6 MM thick mild steel sheet pressed section with inner 12 MM thick C channel continuously welded from the inside to provide extra bracing for Rear post only.

 

Top frame & Roof

60x60x3 mm thick hollow section rectangular tube. With 2 MM Roof panel die stamped made of MS to assist in water drainage. Self draining roof made of MS IS2062, having upward smooth chamber for rain water drainage.

Shutter made by 1.6 MM thick MS & for small doors (6'6"'x3') Inner wall panelling with 4 mm ACP sheet with suitable door handles, automatic door closer and aldrope as per ISO 1496
