CONTAINER STRUCTURAL SPECIFICATIONS

Exterior panelling       

Mild Steel Corrugated Sheets 2mm/1.6mm/1.2 mm thick or CORTEN A  corrugated profile.

Base frame

4.5 MM thick mild steel sheet profiled 2 nos of side bottom rail made of IS2062, The cross members are made of pressed channel section Mild Steel 4 MM IS2062. The cross members are placed to fully withstand floor strength and welded to each bottom side rail. 28 MM/ 18 MM Marine ply mounted/screwed on cross members and Fork Pocket Upper 3MM & lower 6MM

Corner post

6 MM thick mild steel sheet pressed section with inner 12 MM thick C channel continuously welded from the inside to provide extra bracing for Rear post only.

Top frame & Roof

60x60x3 mm thick hollow section rectangular tube. With 2 MM Roof panel die stamped made of MS to assist in water drainage. Self draining roof made of MS IS2062, having upward smooth chamber for rain water drainage.

Corner hook

As per ISO 1161 Corner Casting 8 Nos. in the container for lifting.

Door        

Constructed of Rigid Steel Frame work by 96mm X 48mm X 3.2 mm (thick) Hollow pipe and horizontal 3mm MS sheet profile section bend. external wall made by Panels 1.6 MM thick MS & Inner wall decorated by 4 mm ACP sheet with suitable door handles, automatic door closer and aldrope, for small doors (6'6"'x3')

Double Door

Double Door as per ISO 1496 Constructed of MS Frame work by 96mm X 48mm X 3.2 mm (thick) Hollow pipe and horizontal 3mm MS sheet profile section bend. Shutter made by 1.6 MM thick MS & for small doors (6'6"'x3') Inner wall panelling with 4 mm ACP sheet with suitable door handles, automatic door closer and aldrope as per ISO 1496

Ladder & hand railing

: Verticle support ISA 75x75x5MM, bracing with ISA 50x50x5MM, Step ISA 25x25x4MM, Flat 20x4mm, Landing Beam ISA 50x50x5mm, with step side angle ISA 75x75x5mm. Riser 7 & Treads 12 and Landing depth 36 & stairway depth 36. Handrailing vertical support  MS Hollow Pipe sections 32mm dia, Top horizontal  MS Hollow Pipe sections 32mm dia  & Middle horizontal  MS Hollow Pipe sections 25mm dia. Treads with 4mm MS chequered sheet.
